Professionals
Professionals are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited psychologists (PhD / PsyD), clinical social workers (LCSW / LMSW), and board licensed professional counsellors (LPC).
Listeners
Listeners are people who can and want to provide help, support, or a listening ear to Speakers (people who use the app). They are either trained volunteers, social workers, students in training, or interns.
